Positioning: SLP Toolkit stores the data a clinician types. LumaLayer produces the documentation and writes the data back on its own — the $6 difference buys back the typing, not another place to store it.

What “for life” means
- Locked rate, not a one-time fee: the approved annual price stays fixed for as long as the subscription remains active and in good standing.
- Annual renewal: plans renew each year at the same locked price. Future list-price increases do not apply to locked accounts.
- Scope limits: the lock applies to the tier and seat count approved at conversion. Additional seats added later are billed at then-current list pricing unless they qualify under a separate pilot seat.
- Non-transferable: the lock is tied to the original approved participant or workspace. It cannot be sold, transferred, or reassigned, and it is forfeited if the subscription is cancelled or lapses.
